At NOEEI, we partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order. We offer shipping within the Nordics so you can shop with confidence and convenience.

PAYMENT & VERIFICATION

Payment is charged at the time of order placement and undergoes security checks to protect you against fraud. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which could affect delivery time.

HANDLING & DELIVERY

We aim to process your order within 2–5 business days and deliver within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons (e.g. holidays and festive periods), these times may be slightly longer.

TRACKING

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way. Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if shipping insurance has not been purchased. If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.

ADDRESS CHANGES

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. Once an order has been processed, we are unfortunately unable to change the address.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
