RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To return an item within our 60-day return policy, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. If the packaging is missing or the item is not in its original condition, a fee for repackaging and any depreciation may apply.
A proof of purchase such as a receipt or order number is required for returns. Contact us at hello@noeei.com to initiate the return process.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped before it is processed and shipped.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 60 days of receiving the item.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personally tailored products
Return conditions:
- The item must be returned in sellable condition with tags attached
- If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to test its function, a deduction may be made from the refund amount
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the item or proof that it has been sent back
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund is delayed:
- First, check your bank account
- Contact your bank or card issuer
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@noeei.com
REPLACEMENTS
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Contact us at hello@noeei.com if you need to exchange an item.
RETURN SHIPPING
Contact us at hello@noeei.com for return instructions and address.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- For returns of items over SEK 750, we recommend using tracked shipping
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If a package is delivered to a pickup point but is not collected, a SEK 150 fee will be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.
WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS
For defective or damaged items, warranty rights apply in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by the customer's own modification or alteration of the item
Warranty terms:
- Report the issue to hello@noeei.com within two months of discovery
- Complaints can be made up to 3 years and 2 months after purchase
- If the complaint is approved, you will be compensated through repair, replacement, or refund
- If the complaint is rejected, we can return the item for a fee of SEK 199
SHIPPING DAMAGE
In the event of shipping damage, the carrier is responsible for handling the claim. Contact them directly with your tracking number to file a damage report.
